摘要
利用FLUENT软件的多参考系(MRF)及标准的湍流模型,对双轴桨叶式混合机进行数值模拟,研究了混合机在不安装小桨叶、在撑杆上安装小桨叶以及在轴上安装小桨叶这三种情况下混合机的混合效果。结果表明:在撑杆上安装小桨叶可以使混合时间降低幅度达到56.45%,单位体积混合能降低为原来的44%,同时混合均匀度、混合稳定性也得到了提高;而在轴上安装小桨叶的混合时间与不安装小桨叶几乎相同,混合效率没有得到明显改善,只是混均匀度略有提高。在撑杆上安装小桨叶与原有大桨叶组成大小桨叶双层桨叶结构对改善双轴桨叶式混合机的混合效率,降低混合时间和提高混合均匀度具有重要的实用价值。
Numerical simulation of the twin shaft paddle mixer has been done by using the software of FLUENT on multi reference system(MRF)and the standard turbulence model to research the effect of the mixing machine without installing small blade,installing small blades in the bar and installing small blades on the shaft.The results show that the installation of small blades in the bar can make the mixing time reduced by 56.45%,the unit volume mixing energy can be reduced to 44%,and the mixing uniformity,mixing stability had also been improved;the mixing time of installing small blades on the shaft and without installing small blade are almost the same,the mixing efficiency has not been improved significantly,only the mixing uniformity has been slightly improved.Installing small blades in the bar with the original large blade form a double blade structure has important practical value to improve mixing efficiency,reduce the mixing time and improve the mixing uniformity of the twin shaft paddle mixer.
