小直径管件电磁缩径集磁器特性研究 被引量:2

摘要 小直径管件在缩径成形过程中由于其结构较小装夹困难,往往造成小直径管件缩径效果不明显,无法达到工作要求。目前小直径管件采用的缩径工艺生产效率和加工精度较低。为此采用电磁缩径方法对小直径管件进行缩径成形。利用Maxwell对半径4mm壁厚1mm长20mm的管件电磁缩径成形所用的集磁器进行了分析;研究了集磁器内外径之比和工作区域高度对管件成形效果的影响,模拟了不同直径比的集磁器内外表面电流密度对管件成形效果影响,最终得出缩径集磁器最佳工艺参数,将仿真结果与实验进行对比。研究表明:集磁器内外径之比为3.5时,管件成形效果最佳,同时,降低集磁器工作区域高度能够有效的提升管件缩径效果。研究成果对电磁缩径成形集磁器具有一定的指导意义。 It is difficult for pipe fittings with small diameter to take shape in the course of necking forming because of the limit of fitting sizes such structure.It often makes pipe fittings neck effect is not obvious and requirements.At present,the diameter necking technology used in small diameter pipe fittings has low production efficiency and low machining accuracy.In this paper,the electromagnetic necking method is used to neck the diameter of pipe fittings.The magnetic shaper used for necking process of 1mm thick,20mm long pipe fitting with a radius of 4mm is analyzed by Maxwell;We have not only studied the impact of the ratio of inner radius to outer radius of the magnetic shaper and how the height of working area influences pipe fitting,but also simulated different forming condition caused by internal and external surface current density of magnetic shaper with different diameter ratios.finally,get the best value for shaper and verified the conclusion by experimental results.The present research shows that when the ratio of inner radius to outer radius of the magnetic shaper is 3.5,the forming effect of pipe fitting turned out to be the best.At the same time,lowering the height of working area can effectively improve the forming effect of pipe fitting.The research result has certain guiding significance for necking process magnetic trap.
