摘要
以某盘式制动器为研究对象,研究消音片对于抑制制动器噪声的作用。首先介绍消音片各层结构的连接关系和作用,建立包含内外消音片在内的7自由度制动系统理论模型,通过提取频响函数的实部和虚部,验证消音片的阻尼刚度特性对系统不稳定性的影响。然后进行台架试验,首先验证大多数学者开槽倒角的优化方法不能完全抑制噪声,然后提出内消音片单侧圆弧开槽和底部切除的方法,再次通过台架试验可以将噪声百分比降低至1.89%,验证了消音片形状改进对噪声的优化作用。
This paper based on the discs brake system to study the contribution of the noise insulator to the disc brake noise.Construction of layers of the noise insulator is introduced and 7 DOF dynamic model is built to solve the real part and the imaginary part of the frequency response function and verify the influence of the noise insulator to the brake noise.Slotting and chamfering which were done by other scholars were found unable to reduce the noise completely according to the dyno test.Two optimizations of moon slotting and bottom slotting on the inner noise insulator were proposed.The noise occurrence declined to 1.89%through the new dyno test which verified the effect of the shape of the noise insulator.
