轮毂轴承摩擦力矩的影响因素分析及其优化研究 被引量:6

摘要 轮毂轴承摩擦力矩的大小直接影响传动系阻力的大小和整车油耗。以某前驱车型驱动轮轮毂为研究对象,对轮毂轴承摩擦力矩影响因素进行了理论研究,用台架试验定量分析了密封圈、负游隙、润滑脂三个关键因素对该轮毂轴承摩擦力矩的影响。试验结果表明,该轮毂轴承摩擦力矩有较大的改善空间。针对三个关键因素进行优化后,进行了NEDC整车综合油耗试验。结果表明:优化轮毂轴承后的整车油耗值降低了0.13L/100km。 The friction torque of Wheel Hub bearing affect the resistance of transmission system and vehicle fuel consumption.Take a MPV’s front wheel as the research object,a theoretical analyze have been done about influence factors of hub bearing’s friction torque,and the three key influencing factors which are seals,minus clearance and grease,have great influence on friction torque of hub bearing,was analyzed quantitatively by test bench.The test result shows that the hub bearing friction torque have great improvements.After the three key factors of the hub bearing are optimized,the NEDC integrated fuel consumption are tested.The result shows that the oil consumption of the vehicle are reduced 0.13L/100 kilometers.
