摘要
针对汽车覆盖件冲压模具斜楔导板工作面磨损导致制件面品凹印问题,对配对使用的斜楔导板结构进行改进,通过在上模钢基导板导向面上对称嵌入钢珠弹簧球头柱塞及内部连接油路,并在导板侧壁机械固定连通柱塞顶端的润滑油杯,形成新型湿式防磨斜楔导板。利用上下模导板工作贴合时柱塞弹簧受挤,在油杯与弹簧柱塞钢珠间形成通路,实现对下模铜基导板的润滑,减少铜基导板工作面的磨损。对改进后导板进行生产试验,结果表明,在相同使用工况及周期下,改进后导板工作面的磨损量由2.5mm降低至0.5mm,制件表面凹印消除。该文可为汽车覆盖件冲压模具的机械设计提供参考。
In terms of the defects such as gravure of stampingparts,which was caused by the wear of the wedge guide plate ofthe stamping die for automobile panels,the structure of the paired CAM guide plates were improved in this paper.The upper steel-base guide plate was embedded with steel ball spring bulb plunger intoits guide surface and the oil circuit was added inside,and a lubricating oil cup was connected by the plunger on the side wall of the guide plate,a new type of wet-type anti-friction wedge guide was formed.When the upper and lower guide platecontact,the plungerspring is squeezed,the oil path is formed between the oil cup and the spring piston steel bead.Under the condition,the new upper CAM steel guide plate can lubricate the lower copper-base plate,and the abrasion loss of the working surface of the lower one was reduced.Production comparison test shows that,under the same operating conditions and cycle,the abrasion loss of the working surface of the improved guide plate decreased from 2.5mm down to 0.5mm,and the surface gravure of the products was removed after flanging-sizing.It can provide a reference for the mechanical design of the automobile panels cold die.
