摘要 随着城市生活垃圾清理量的不断增加,移动式垃圾压缩站以其可以有效的减少垃圾体积和运输次数的优势,因此日益受到关注,其中液压系统是最重要的组成部分,它直接决定着压缩站的垃圾处理效率,为此对其液压系统进行了设计。在分析压缩站工作原理的基础上,首先对液压系统的总体结构进行了设计,然后分别对液压缸、液压泵及其他部件等进行了设计,应用AMESim软件建立了地埋式垃圾压缩站的仿真分析模型,通过仿真分析验证了该液压系统设计的合理可靠,最后经实机测试所设计的液压系统能够完成垃圾收集与压缩等操作,满足了设计要求。 With the rapid increase of waste delivery requirement,the movable type waste compression station has been paid more and more attention due to its reduction of waste volume and transportation times.The hydraulic system is one of the most important parts of the waste compression station which can directly determine the waste disposal efficiency.So the hydraulic system is designed in it.Firstly,the overall structure of the hydraulic system is designed based on the analysis of the working requirement of the compression station.And then the hydraulic cylinder,hydraulic pump station and other systems are designed according the design principle.Then the simulation analysis model of the compression station is established using AMESim software.The simulation results showed that the designed hydraulic system is reasonable and reliable.Finally,the designed hydraulic system is tested based on the real machine.And the results indicate that the system can complete the collection and compress process which can achieve the real requirement of the compression station.
