摘要 为了提高矿用重型机械的安全性和动力性,对矿用重型机械传动机构进行运动学分析,基于遗传优化算法得到了执行机构的运动特性。利用ADAMS软件建立执行机构的刚柔耦合虚拟样机仿真模型,通过仿真得到了提升机构的动力学性能。通过有限元分析得到了滚筒和轴的应力分布。研究结果表明:在提升初始阶段钢丝绳受力波动较大;滚筒轴向力和角加速度曲线的变化趋势相同,同一时刻达到了最大点和最小点,说明滚筒上的旋转产生的力是施加到滚筒上的扭矩的主要动力源。滚筒和轴的应力满足工作安全要求,仿真结果与试验数据相吻合。 In order to improve the safety and dynamic performance of heavy mining machinery,the kinematics analysis of heavy mining machinery transmission mechanism is carried out.Based on the genetic optimization algorithm,the motion characteristics of the actuator are obtained.ADAMS software was used to build the rigid-flexible coupling virtual prototype simulation model of the actuator.The dynamic performance of the lifting mechanism is obtained by simulation.The stress distribution of roller and shaft was obtained by finite element analysis.The results show that the force fluctuation of wire rope is large at the initial stage of hoisting.Drum of axial force and angular acceleration curve of the same change trend,the same time has reached the maximum points and minimum points,account the force produced by the rotation of the roller is the main force of the torque applied to the roller.The stress of roller and shaft meet the requirement of working safety.The simulation results agree with the experimental data.
