摘要
交流式电传动车辆由于拥有体积小,质量轻、效率高、基本免维护、调速范围广等优点,逐渐被采用。主要对电驱动控制网络进行分析,根据传动特点,对电驱动系统的主要电路:主回路和制动系统电路进行设计;基于CAN总线对电驱动控制网络进行结构设计,系统遵循CAN2.0B协议;对系统的通讯网络协议进行分析设计,选用遵循J1939的通讯协议对励磁控制器和逆变器的协议设置和应答进行分析;根据车辆行驶控制流程,对通讯周期进行分析;基于实验室模拟电传动系统,基于监控状态显示、逻辑系统测试、电机特性等对系统进行测试。结果可知:电驱动控制网络应遵循CAN2.0B协议,系统中设计两条CAN总线;选用遵循J1939的通讯协议,满足通信网络对实时性要求;监控状态显示总线状态运行正常,各信号传输稳定,满足要求;逻辑测试和发电机特性测试结果表明整车控制系统CAN网络通讯正常,验证了通信协议与控制逻辑的合理性、正确性和有效性,为此类车辆设计提供参考。
The AC electric drive vehicles are gradually adopted because of their small size,light weight,high efficiency,basic maintenance-free,wide speed range,etc.The electric drive control network was analyzed in it.According to the characteristics of the transmission,the main circuit of the electric drive system which including the main circuit and the brake system circuit were designed.The electric drive control network was structurally designed based on CAN bus,the system follows the CAN2.0B protocol.The communication network protocol of the system was analyzed and designed.The protocol setting and response of the excitation controller and inverter were analyzed according to the communication protocol conforming to J1939.The communication cycle was analyzed according to vehicle driving control process.Based on the experimental simulation of the electric drive system,the system was tested based on the monitoring status display,logic system test,motor characteristics,etc.The results show that the electric drive control network should follow the CAN2.0B protocol,and two CAN buses are designed in the system.The communication protocol which conforming J1939 is selected to meet the real-time requirements of the communication network;the monitoring status shows that the bus status is running normally,and the signal transmission is stable and meets the requirements.The logic test and generator characteristic test results show that the CAN communication of the vehicle control system is normal,verify that the communication protocol and control logic are reasonable,correct,and effective,and providing reference for such vehicle design.
