摘要
阐述塔式起重机臂架装置的最优化设计的过程。采用现代设计方法中的优化设计方法,详细地和系统地讨论了臂架装置的优化设计模型的建立和最优解分析的过程。以塔式起重机臂架装置为研究对象,利用优化设计方法进行结构分析,并建立塔式起重机臂架装置的最优化数学模型。利用工程软件ANSYS对塔式起重机臂架装置的最优化数学模型进行分析并得到优化模型的最优解。研究表明:优化设计的分析为塔式起重机臂架装置的设计提供了便捷而有效的手段。
The processes of the optimization design have been elaborated.Using the optimization design method in the modern design method,the process of the analysis of the optimal solution and the establishment of the optimal design model for the arm frame of the tower crane are discussed in detail and systematically.The arm frame of the tower crane is used as the object of the study,and using the optimization design method,the optimization mathematical model of the arm frame of the tower crane is presented to obtain the optimal design model for the arm frame.Using ANSYS,the the optimization mathematical model of the arm frame of the tower crane is discussed to obtain the optimum solution.It has been shown that the finite element analysis method and the optimum design method provide a convenient and effective means for the design of the arm frame of the tower crane.
