摘要 针对熔融沉积型3D打印成型件容易出现产品精度比较差的问题,以喷头出口处流体速度为研究方向,建立喷头的流体分析有限元模型,设计田口方法,分析在加热腔长度、丝料过道长度、加热腔温度3个因素的水平组合条件下的流体速度;建立喷嘴三维模型,运用ANSYS Fluent软件对模型进行仿真分析,获得出口截面速度云图,分析出口截面速度方差,并对喷头进行结构优化设计。通过理论与实验相结合的方法,证实优化后的喷嘴有效提高了产品精度。实验结果表明:加热腔长度h1=5 mm、丝料过道长度h2=8 mm、加热腔温度T=240℃时,打印产品的精度最高,为喷头的结构优化提供了参考。 For FDM(Fused Deposition Modeling)3D printed moldings,the problem of relatively poor product accuracy tends to occur.Taking the fluid velocity at the outlet of the nozzle as the research direction,a fluid analysis finite element model of the nozzle was established and the Taguchi method was designed.The fluid velocity under the conditions of the length of the heating chamber,the length of the aisle and the temperature of the heating chamber was analyzed.The three-dimensional model of the nozzle was established.The model was simulated using ANSYS Fluent software and the outlet section velocity cloud map was obtained.The velocity cloud map was used to analyze the variance of the velocity of the exit section,and the structure of the nozzle was optimized.Through the combination of theory and experiment,it was confirmed that the optimized nozzle effectively improved the quality accuracy.The experimental results show that when the heating chamber length h 1=5 mm,the silk aisle length h 2=8 mm,the heating chamber temperature T=240℃,the accuracy of the print product is the highest,which provides reference for the structure optimization of the nozzle.
