南水北调穿黄隧洞水质安全保障措施及应用 被引量:2

摘要 穿黄工程是南水北调中线干线标志性输水建筑物,其水面环境与水质安全十分重要。穿黄隧洞进出口水质稳定达到地表水环境质量Ⅱ类标准。漂浮物中有机质的腐败变质会严重危害水质安全,水面漂浮物及时清理成为日常管理的主要工作。针对传统长杆网打捞难度大、操作危险系数高、效率低等缺点,考虑穿黄隧洞工程进口安全栅前汇水区漂浮物种类多、体积大、集中的特点,研制、安装了自动打捞拦污栅;穿黄隧洞工程出口平台作为对外交流和展示南水北调中线工程形象的窗口,与水面落差大,增设了浮排设施,作为日常清理和应急处置水污染突发事件的操作平台,兼具安全和美化环境的效果。 The Yellow?River?Crossing Project is a special symbolic water conveyance structure in the middle route of the main canal.Its sce?nic environment surface sensory and water quality safety are equally important.Under the guarantee of the water quality monitoring station net?work designed,the water quality of the inlet and outlet of the tunnel reaches environmental quality standards II for the surface water.The de?terioration of organic matter will seriously endanger the safety of water quality.Floating cleaning should become a part of the daily routine.In view of the shortcomings of traditional long?rod net fishing such as great difficulty,high operational risk factor and low efficiency,and the characteristics of many floating species,large volume and concentration in the catchment area in front of the safety barrier at the entrance of the Yellow?River?Crossing Tunnel Project,an automatic fishing barrier was developed and installed.As an exit platform for the Yellow?River?Crossing tunnel for foreign exchanges and the display of the central line of the South?North Water Diversion Project,it's a big gap from the water,additional flotation facilities were necessary.It provided an operational platform for daily cleaning up and emergency handling of water pollution emergencies,having the effects of security and beautifying the environment.
