摘要
厄瓜多尔Coca Codo Sinclair电站拥有8台大型高水头冲击式机组,最小水头604.90m,需要配水环管和外侧混凝土共同承担水头压力,充水保压值至关重要,因此采用三维有限元方法对拟定的配水环管三种保压方案进行了模拟。对比分析不同保压方案在正常运行水头作用下钢衬、环向钢筋的应力及外围混凝土应力变形分布规律,同时考虑配水环管与外围混凝土之间的接触状态及混凝土的承载比等因素,最终选用最小水头压力的85%作为保压值。
There are eight high water head of great units in Coca Codo Sinclair Power Station of Ecuador.The lowest water head is 604.90 m.Water filling pressurization distribution pipes and external concrete structures are structurally complicated and jointly bear the water pressure of high water head,so the pressurization value is extremely important.This paper carried out simulation of three pressurization alternatives for the distribution pipe using three dimensional finite element method,compared the circumferential stress of steel lining and circumferential re?inforcement of each alternative under normal operating head,and analyzed the stress and deformation distribution rules of external concrete while taking into account factors such as the contact between distribution pipe and external concrete and the concrete bearing ratio.In the end,85%of the lowest water head was adopted as pressurization value.
