大肠癌是临床上常见的恶性肿瘤,主要包括结肠癌和直肠癌。大肠癌的发生多与生活方式、遗传因素、大肠腺瘤等有关,发病率呈逐年上升趋势,并随年龄增加而增长。由于肿瘤生长速度缓慢,在其表现出明显症状、体征之前要经过相当长的时间。大肠癌的常规治疗以放化疗、手术等方法为主,虽然能改善患者预后,但局部复发率及转移率较高,难以达到预期治疗效果。近年来,中药在大肠癌的治疗中显示了良好的功效,如改善手术及放化疗对患者产生的不良影响,提高患者的免疫功能和身体机能等。本文主要就扶正祛毒汤对大肠癌患者免疫功能的影响进行论述和总结,以期为相关研究提供参考。

Colorectal cancer is a common malignant tumor in clinic,mainly including colon cancer and rectal cancer.The incidence of colorectal cancer is increasing year by year,and it increases with age.Its incidence is related to lifestyle,genetic factors,colorectal adenoma,etc.Because of the slow growth rate of cancer,it takes a long time before it reaches symptoms and signs.The conventional treatment is mainly based on radiotherapy and chemotherapy,surgery,etc.Although it can improve the prognosis of patients,the local recurrence rate and metastasis rate remain high,and it is difficult to achieve the expected therapeutic effect.In the treatment of colorectal cancer,traditional Chinese medicine has achieved remarkable efficacy,such as improving the adverse effects of operation,radiotherapy and chemotherapy on the human body,and improving physical function.This article mainly discusses and summarizes the effect of Fuzheng Qudu Decoction on the immune function of patients with colorectal cancer,in order to provide reference for relevant scholars.
