依托泊苷治疗白血病的效果及对患者生活质量的影响

Efficiency of Etoposide on Leukemia and Its Effect on Patients’ Quality of Life

目的探讨依托泊苷治疗白血病的效果及对患者生活质量的影响。方法选取我院收治的白血病患者120例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组采用阿糖胞苷治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合依托泊苷进行治疗。对比两组患者的临床疗效、生活质量、不良反应以及健康状况。结果观察组的治疗效果明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者生活质量评分无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组生活质量评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),患者各项健康指标均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在白血病的治疗过程中,采用依托泊苷不仅可减少不良反应,还能有效提升患者的生活质量,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the efficiency of etoposide on leukemia and its impact on patients'quality of life.Methods A total of 120 patients with leukemia admitted to our hospital were enrolled in this study.All patients were randomly divided into two groups,60 in each group.The control group was treated with cytarabine,and the observation group was treated with etoposide plus cytarabine.The clinical effects,quality of life,adverse reactions,and patient's health were compared between the two groups.Results The therapeutic efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the quality of life scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The health indicators of the observation group after treatment were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of leukemia,the application of etoposide can not only reduce adverse reactions,but also effectively improve the quality of life of patients.
