基于地理国情普查数据的地表覆盖变化监测

Surface Coverage Change Monitoring Based on Geographical Conditions Census Data

基于地理国情普查数据,综合运用地表覆盖转移矩阵、地表覆盖净变化与交换变化、变化动态度等方法对地表覆盖变化情况进行监测分析;并利用浙江省某区两期地理国情普查数据进行了实例分析。监测结论能为政府加强空间管理、促进土地资源集约利用、指导生态文明建设等提供决策信息支撑。

In this paper,based on geographical conditions census data,we used the transition matrix of land use,the net change and exchange change of surface coverage and change dynamic degree to monitor and analyze the surface coverage changes.Then,we used two periods’data of a county in Zhejiang Province to give an example.The results of monitoring and analysis can be used to strengthen the land management,promote the intensive use of land resources and guide the construction of ecological civilization for the government.
