多种阻抗网络升压变换器拓扑结构优化研究 被引量:1

摘要 传统Z源升压变换器存在输入电流断续,冲击电流过大,升压能力不足,电容稳态电压过高等问题。对此,国内外学者相继提出了多种改进型阻抗源升压变换器,这些拓扑结构各异,性能有所差别,难以选出较为理想的拓扑结构。通过对目前存在的多种阻抗网络升压变化器进行简要介绍,对比分析了各种阻抗源拓扑的性能及优缺点,并通过Matlab/Simulink软件进行了仿真波形分析,综合考虑各种阻抗源拓扑性能、成本等优缺点,得出较优拓扑。 The traditional Z-source boost converter has problems such as intermittent input current,impulse current,insufficient boosting capability,and high steady-state voltage of the capacitor.For this domestic and foreign scholars have proposed a variety of improved impedance source boost converters.These topologies are different and their performances are different,which makes it difficult to select a better topology.This paper briefly introduces the existing impedance network converters,and compares the performance,advantages and disadvantages of various impedance source topologies,and the simulation waveforms are analyzed by Matlab/Simulink software.And by weighing the advantages and disadvantages of various impedance source topologies such as topology performance and cost,a better topology is obtained.
