采掘联动过断层组安全高效开采关键技术研究 被引量:5

摘要 为了避免过断层组期间穿越厚砂岩层遇到的诸多困难,针对性的开展了采掘联动过断层组安全高效开采关键技术研究。通过三维地震、地质钻探并结合现场实测,准确掌握了断层组产状、顶底板岩性、影响范围和老空水赋存状况。采取钻孔法疏放老空水措施,解决了过断层组期间的老空水威胁;通过对掘进工作面过断层组的分析,得出了过断层组起坡坡度和最短对接距离公式S=(h+k)/sinα,并确定了过断层组关键技术参数,同时提出了施工方案并优化了支护参数,实现了准确对接。在准确掌握地质资料的基础上,提出了层位控制、推进度控制、伪倾角选择、顶板支护方案及参数和设备保障技术,确保了采煤工作面过断层组的安全和高效。通过对链板机的有效控制,杜绝了倒架歪架事故的发生,探索性的提出了伪倾角和支架前探支撑压力公式F=(hG-μG √l ^2+S ^2 1-h ^2)/l,得出了工作面过断层组时伪倾角为8.8°,该参数的确定为回采过断层组避开厚砂岩提供了技术支撑。通过煤矸分流装置的研制和应用,结果表明:过断层组期间共分流矸石约0.03Mt,提高全年原煤发热量约9kcal/kg,多出煤炭约11.648万吨,增加收入约6624万元,经济效果显著。 In order to avoid the difficulties encountered during the cross fault formation crossing thick sandstone layers,the key technologies for safe and efficient mining of the cross fault formation are studied.Through the combination of three-dimensional seismic,geological drilling and field measurement,the fault occurrence,roof and floor lithology,influence range and goaf water occurrence condition were accurately mastered.The threat of goaf water in the period of passing through fault group was solved by adopting the measure of dredging goaf water by drilling;The formula S=(h+k)/sin was obtained through the analysis of the fault group of the tunneling face,and the key technical parameters of the fault group were determined.Meanwhile,the construction plan was proposed and the supporting parameters were optimized to achieve the accurate docking.On the basis of accurately grasping the geological data,this paper proposed the stratum control,propulsive degree control,pseudo-dip Angle selection,roof support scheme,parameters and equipment support technology to ensure the safety and efficiency of the coal mining face passing through the fault group.Through effective control of chain plate,the crooked aircraft accidents were eradicated,and some exploratory and pseudo Angle bracket before explore support pressure formula F=(hG-μG √l^ 2+S ^2 1-h ^2)/l was put forward;it was concluded that the crossing fault set false face Angle was 8.8°,providing the technical support to avoid thick sandstonesupport in the stope fault formation.Through the development of coal and gangue splitter and the application of new methods,the results show that during the period of passing through the fault group,the total splitter gangue was about 0.03mt,the annual heat output of raw coal was increased by about 9kcal/kg,about 116 480 000 tons of additional coal was produced,and the income was increased by about 66 240 000 yuan,with the significant economic effects.
