癸酸-正辛酸与活性炭复合相变材料的制备 被引量:1

摘要 为了研究活性炭复合相变材料基本性能,以活性炭吸附相变材料(PCM)癸酸-正辛酸制得相变储能骨料(PCESA)为研究对象。采用不同粒径活性炭在不同温度下、不同吸附方式下进行吸附性能以及不同配比环氧树脂的封装试验。通过DSC测试PCM和PCESA的相变特征,用SEM图像分析吸附材料的微观结构。通过不同温度下PCM浸泡吸附率分析活性炭吸附性能,进行了超声波吸附与真空吸附方式下的PCM吸附性能试验。实验结果表明,PCM与PCESA的相变特性稳定,具有较好的热物理性能;6mm粒径的活性炭孔隙结构较完好,吸附PCM的性能较好;在30℃、40℃和50℃水浴温度下吸附率较高;真空吸附性能较其他吸附方式好;以环氧树脂、稀释剂与固化剂按质量比1∶0.15∶0.25的配比封装效果较好。 In order to study the basic properties of activated carbon composite phase change materials,phase change energy storage aggregate(PCESA)was taken as research object which was prepared by adsorption of phase change material(PCM)capric acid-octanoic acid with activated carbon.The tests of adsorption performance of activated carbon with different particle sizes under different temperatures and different adsorption modes and the encapsulation test of epoxy resins with different ratios had been carried out the phase change characteristics of PCM and PCESA were tested by DSC,and the microstructure of the adsorbent was analyzed by using SEM image.The adsorptive capacity of activated carbon was analyzed by PCM soaking adsorption rate at different temperatures.Then PCM adsorption performance test under the conditions of ultrasonic adsorption and vacuum adsorption were conducted.The experimental results show that:The phase change characteristics of PCM and PCESA are stable and have good thermo-physical properties;6mm particle size activated carbon pore structure is relatively intact and has better performance of adsorbing PCM,with higher adsorption rates at 30℃,40℃ and 50℃ bath temperatures;the vacuum adsorption performance is better than other adsorption ways;and the effect of encapsulating is better with the mass ratio of epoxy resin,diluent and curing agent being 1∶0.15∶0.25.
