摘要
在老工业基地转轨的过程中,许多优势资源都被配置到与市场机制相对的“体制内”中,这就造成了市场发育缓慢,体制外的很多领域处于制度“缺位”的状态,于是导致了劳力型移民在社会适应的过程中面对非制度化的生存状态与向上流动的困境。以沈阳市劳力型新移民为调查对象,结合老工业基地社会在后单位制时代特定的制度文化背景,探讨了劳力型新移民由于身份认同与制度束缚在社会适应过程中所面临的困境,指出了“敦睦他者”在社会融合过程中的重要作用。
Lots of superior resources had been put in the“system”related to the market system in a transition process of old industrial bases,resulting the market grew at a slow speed,and the management systems in some other fields outside the system were in lack.Therefore,the labor-force immigrants were in a life state of non-institutionalized and met the difficulties of climbing when they intended to adapt to the society.This study takes the new labor-force immigrants in Shenyang as an example and links to the specific context of system-culture in age of Post-Unit System of old industrial bases society,which discusses the importance of identification and system to the new labor-force immigrants as well as the importance of harmony with others in social integration.
