辽宁高校学生在辽就业意愿及影响因素

Employment Intention and Influencing Factors of College Students in Liaoning Province

大学生是国家人才工程的重要支撑,其就业质量是影响国家稳定发展的重要因素。如今辽宁正处于经济转型、振兴发展的关键时期,人才生产和需求的有效对接显得尤为重要。通过对辽宁省内八所大学的应届毕业生采用随机抽样、问卷调查、访谈等方法,得出八所大学学生就业意愿及其影响因素主要是工作地点、薪酬福利、城市的生活配套设施、未来发展定位、专业是否对口等。辽宁高校应从拓宽大学生就业渠道、推进高校供给侧结构性改革、出台吸引人才策略、鼓励创业并给予优惠、全面提高学生综合素质等五个方面进行优化,从而提高辽宁高校学生在辽就业意愿。

College students are the important support of the national talent project,and their employment quality is an important factor affecting the steady development of the country.Now Liaoning is in a critical period of economic transformation,revitalization and development,the effective docking of talent production and demand is particularly important.Through random sampling,questionnaire survey,interview and other methods,it is concluded that the main factors affecting the employment intention of the students in eight universities in Liaoning province are the working place,salary and welfare,the future development orientation of urban living facilities,and whether the majors are suitable or not.Liaoning colleges and universities should be optimized from five aspects,such as widening employment channels for college students,promoting supply-side structural reform of colleges and universities,introducing strategies to attract talents,encouraging entrepreneurship and giving preferential treatment,and comprehensively improving the comprehensive quality of students,so as to improve the employment intention of college students in Liaoning.
