摘要
目前,BIM技术在施工质量管理中的应用仅从碰撞检查、工艺模拟和质量信息化角度出发,很少考虑BIM在质量验收中的应用。以实现建设项目质量的自动判定为目的,按照施工质量验收的流程和规范要求,结合BIM、Web、二维码、视频监控、三维激光扫描等技术,建立了建设项目检验批质量评定系统,使检验批检查点实体同时具备验收属性和设计属性,实现了检验批施工的动态信息化管理,保证了质量判定的客观性和科学性,提升了质量验收工作的水平和效率。
At present,the application of BIM technology in construction quality management only considers collision inspection,process simulation and quality informatization.Little consideration has given to the application of BIM in quality acceptance.In order to realize the automatic judgment of construction project quality,a BIM-based quality evaluation system for construction project inspection batches has been established in this study.The establishment of the system takes the process and standard requirements of construction quality acceptance into account,and adopts BIM,Web,two-dimensional code,video surveillance,three-dimensional laser scanning technology.The system makes the checkpoint entity of inspection batch possess attributes of acceptance and design,realizes the dynamic information management of inspection batch construction,ensures the objectivity and scientific nature of quality determination,and improves the level and efficiency of quality acceptance work.
