摘要
为找出影响航线运营效率的关键因素,改善效率,将航线运营过程分为生产和销售两个阶段,运用多时期网络DEA和面板数据模型分析海上丝绸之路(以下简称海丝路)沿线地区160条航线的运营效率及其影响因素。研究发现:多时期两阶段结构的航线5年总体效率,受生产和销售两子流程5年总效率及各时期效率的影响;机场跑道总长度和航空公司数量对航线生产子流程有积极影响;高铁并行、航线载运比率和总人口数量对航线销售子流程有积极影响。综上,提出完善航线相关基础设施、创新航线服务产品和发挥相关职能部门职能的建议。
In order to find out the key factors affecting the operation efficiency and improve the efficiency,the operation process is divided into two stages:production and sales.The multi-period network DEA and panel data model are used to analyze the operational efficiency and influencing factors of 160 routes along the Maritime Silk Road(hereinafter referred to as Haisi Road).The results indicate that five-year overall efficiency of multi-period and two-stage route is influenced by the five-year overall efficiency of production and sales sub-processes and the efficiency of each period;the total length of the airport runway and the number of airlines have a positive impact on the route production sub-process;The high-speed rail parallel,route carrier ratio and total population have a positive impact on the route sales sub-process.In summary,improving the route-related infrastructure,innovating the route service products and playing the functions of the relevant functional departments are proposed.
