摘要
针对铸造企业可持续供应商选择问题,考虑铸造生产及物料供应的特点,在已有供应商选择指标的基础上,构建了面向铸造企业的可持续供应商选择的多指标评价体系,提出一种基于FAHP-IFTOPSIS的供应商选择模型。通过FAHP确定各指标的相对权重,再将传统的TOPSIS方法拓展到直觉模糊环境,提出IFTOPSIS决策方法来确定候选供应商的优劣排序。实证结果表明:该模型有效解决了定量和定性指标难以统一评价及专家评价信息的模糊、犹豫和不确定问题。
With respect to the sustainable supplier selection of foundry enterprises,considering the characteristics of foundry production and material supply,a multi-index evaluation system of sustainable supplier selection for foundry enterprises is constructed based on the existing supplier selection index system.Then a two-stage supplier selection model based on FAHP-IFTOPSIS is proposed.Firstly,the relative weight of each index is determined by FAHP.Then the traditional TOPSIS method is extended to the Intuitionistic Fuzzy environment,and the IFTOPSIS decision method is proposed to determine the ranking of candidate suppliers.The empirical results show that the model effectively solves the difficulty of unified evaluation of quantitative and qualitative indexes,and also settles the problems of ambiguity,hesitation and uncertainty that experts have when giving evaluation information.
