新时代研究生科研诚信的提升策略:基于研究生导师负责制的视角

The Promotion Strategy of Graduate Students′ Scientific Research Integrity in the New Era:Based on the Perspective of Tutor Responsibility System

新时代,研究生导师承担研究生科研诚信教育的职责呈现“高、明、多”特点。如何解决新时代研究生导师对研究生进行科研诚信教育存在的问题,意义重大。结合现行研究生导师负责制,对研究生科研诚信正向影响进行实证,认为提升研究生科研诚信应充分发挥研究生导师的作用,即倡导研究生导师努力践行:①树立一个理念(师生科研诚信共同体理念);②坚持一个原则(以德施教);③培养一个习惯(把研究生科研诚信练成习惯);④营造一个环境(多方面营造宽松的科研外部小环境)。

In the new era,the tutors assume the responsibility of"high,clear and many"in the responsibility of postgraduate research integrity education.How to effectively solve the problems of tutors in the scientific education integrity for postgraduate in the new era is of great significance.Combining the current tutor responsibility system,empirical research on the positive impact of graduate research integrity,it is believed that improving the integrity of graduate research should give full play to the role of tutors.That is to say,the tutors strive to practice four concepts.①Establish a concept:the concept of community of teachers and students in research and integrity;②Adhere to one principle:teaching by virtue;③Cultivate a habit:to practice the integrity of graduate research;④Create an environment:create a relaxed external environment for scientific research in many aspects.
