浅析棉锦四面弹机织物的印染加工

摘要 棉锦交织四面弹前处理采用轻烧毛、碱氧冷堆、丝光。高温定型前先通过预缩处理控制好经向缩水率(确保纬密),确保经向弹性在要求范围;再通过生物酶抛光处理,使面料更光洁。酸性染料溢流染锦,棉组分活性染料采用长车平幅连续轧染等。 The pretreatment of cotton-nylon interwoven tetrahedral elastic fabric adopts light singeing,alkali-oxygen cold pile and mercerizing process.Before the high-temperature setting,the warp shrinkage rate(maintaining weft density)is controlled by the pre-shrinking treatment to ensure that the warp elasticity is within the required range;and then the biological enzyme polishing treatment is used to make the fabric smoother.Acidic dye overflow dyeing of nylon,cotton component reactive dyes pad dyeing in the long car and flat width continuous dyeing process were used.
