印染是整个纺织生产链中产品深加工、产品品质、功能和价值提升的重要环节,工艺复杂,所需工艺介质、管路众多,尤其是空压、蒸汽及导热油等压力管道的设计、安装是否合理直接关系到工厂后续生产及产品质量。压力管道如果布局不合理,轻则带来管道材料浪费,重则管路破裂损坏造成人员伤亡。在设计、安装过程中,需要注意空压管路系统稳定性、蒸汽导热油管道系统热胀冷缩等问题。

The printing and dyeing is an important part of deep processing of products in the entire textile production chain,improving product quality,function and value.The printing and dyeing factory has complex processes and requires many process media.Therefore,there are many pressure pipelines in the plant,for example compressed air pipeline,steam and heat transfer oil pipelines.Whether the design and installation of the pressure pipeline is reasonable is directly related to the subsequent production and product quality of the factory.If the layout of the pressure pipeline is unreasonable,it would lead to the waste of pipeline materials,or even pipeline damage might cause casualties.The stability of the air pressure pipeline system,the thermal expansion and contraction of the steam heat transfer oil pipeline system,etc.need to be paid attention to during the design and installation process.
