印染工艺创新新解

A new explanation on innovation of printing and dyeing process

基于近一年半的创作实践,在对传统白族扎染工艺进行尝试性技术革新的基础上,通过不少于300次的反复实验,有效地将传统扎染的捆绑与绘画技法进行融合,既能保证印染画面图案的清晰生动,同时又赋予作品扎染的晕染艺术意味。重点介绍了此种印染新工艺的制作流程,以现有作品为案例分析各种艺术效果的表现方式与染色的关系和技巧。通过实验,提高印染工艺艺术语言的多样性和表现力,为印染工艺创新人员提供参考,同时激发大众对印染创新的创作激情。

Based on creative practice over one and a half years,the tentative technical innovation on the Bai tie-dye is carried out.Through nearly 300 times of repeated tests,the binding of traditional tie-dye is blended to the drawing techniques effectively,not only guaranteeing the clear and vivid tie-dye picture pattern,but also endowing the works with rendering artistic meaning of tie-dye.The production process of this new printing and dyeing process was introduced.The existing works were used as cases to analyze the relationship and technique between manifestation modes of various artistic effects and dyeing.The diversity and expressiveness of the artistic language of the printing and dyeing process was improved through tentative experiments,providing a copy of reference data for people engaging in the printing and dyeing innovation,at the same time,stimulating the public's creative passion on pringting and dyeing creation.
