不同芒硝外敷法在重症急性胰腺炎治疗中的应用效果观察

Application effect observation of different glauber’s nitrate external application in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis

目的探讨不同芒硝外敷法治疗重症急性胰腺炎临床疗效。方法2018年3~9月我院收治的60例重症急性胰腺炎患者,按照随机数字表法分为A、B、C、D四组各15例。A组采用芒硝1000 g,Q12 h外敷,B组采用芒硝1000 g,Tid外敷,C组采用芒硝500 g,Tid外敷,D组采用芒硝500 g,Q12 h外敷。比较四组重症急性胰腺炎患者首次解便时间、腹痛缓解时间、平均住院天数、皮肤刺激症状发生率、舒适度方面的差异。结果B组首次解便时间、腹痛缓解时间、平均住院天数明显优于其他组(P<0.05);C组在皮肤刺激症状、患者舒适度方面明显优于其他组(P<0.05)。结论采用芒硝1000 g,Tid外敷能明显缩短重症急性胰腺炎患者首次解便时间、腹痛缓解时间和平均住院天数,采用芒硝500 g,Tid外敷能避免患者腹部发生皮肤刺激症状,增加患者舒适度、耐受性。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of different glauber s salt external application in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis.Methods Sixty patients with severe acute pancreatitis from March 2018 to September 2018 were divided into A,B,C and D groups according to the random number table,15 in each group.The group A used mirabilite 1,000 g and Q12 h external application.The group B used mirabilite 1,000 g and tid external application.The group C used mirabilite 500 g and tid external application.The group D used mirabilite 500 g and Q12 h external application.The first defecation time,abdominal pain relief time,average length of hospital stay,incidence of skin irritation symptoms and comfort level among the four groups were compared.Results The first defecation time,abdominal pain relief time,and length of stay in the hospital in the group B was significantly shorter than other groups(P<0.05).Group C was significantly superior to other groups in skin irritation symptoms and patient comfort(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of tid 1,000 g of mirabilite can significantly shorten the first defecation time,the relief time of abdominal pain and the average length of hospital stay in patients with severe acute pancreatitis.The application of tid 500 g of mirabilite can avoid skin irritation symptoms in patients abdomen and increase their comfort and tolerance.
