摘要
目的探讨近视健康教育在青少年近视防控中的作用及其可行性。方法选取我院眼科门诊就诊的青少年120例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各60例120眼,对照组采用常规治疗指导,研究组在此基础上进行定期的健康教育,比较两组受试者治疗半年后等效球镜度数达到-2.00 DS的人数、等效球镜度数增加幅度以及真性近视眼数变化情况。结果治疗6月后研究组等效球镜度数达到-2.00 DS的人数、等效球镜度数增加幅度及真性近视人数均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过健康教育,能够有效延缓青少年近视的发展,减少近视的发生。
Objective To explore the role and feasibility of myopia health education in prevention and control of myopia in adolescents.Methods We selected 120 adolescents who visited our ophthalmological outpatient clinic.They were randomly divided into control or study group,60 in each group.The control group were treated routinely,and the study group accepted health education besides routine treatment.Eyes reached a spherical equivalence of-2.00D,increased diopters and eyes diagnosed as myopia were compared after half year of treatment.Results After 6 months of treatment,the three indicators observed in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The health education can effectively delay the development of myopia.
