品质链护理在扁桃体切除术患者干预中的应用效果观察

The application effect of quality chain nursing in the intervention of patients with tonsillectomy

目的探究品质链护理在扁桃体切除术患者干预中的应用效果。方法2017年1月至2018年12月于我院择期行扁桃体切除术的80例患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各40例。对照组采用传统护理模式干预,观察组采用品质链护理模式干预。比较两组术后出血程度、术后疼痛评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、术后假膜形成时间、创面愈合时间、住院时间及患者护理满意度。结果观察组术后出血程度显著低于对照组,术后第1 d、第3 d及出院前1 d疼痛评分显著低于对照组,干预后观察组SAS、SDS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后假膜形成时间、创面愈合时间及住院时间均显著短于对照组,护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论品质链护理可以显著改善扁桃体切除患者术后心理情绪,提高患者心理舒适度,减少术后出血及术后疼痛感,缩短患者术后康复时间,患者满意度高。

Objective To explore the application effects of quality chain nursing in the intervention of patients with tonsillectomy.Methods Eighty patients who underwent elective tonsillectomy in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into observation or control group,40 in each group.The control group was given traditional nursing model,and the observation group was treated with quality chain nursing model.The postoperative bleeding degree,postoperative pain score,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),postoperative pseudo-membrane formation time,wound healing time,hospital stay and patient nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative bleeding degree was significantly lower,the pain score after 1 day and 3 days of operation and 1 day before discharge was significantly lower and the scores of SAS and SDS after intervention were significantly lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative pseudo-membrane formation time,wound healing time and hospital stay were significantly shorter and the nursing satisfaction rate was significantly higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Quality chain nursing can significantly improve the postoperative psychological mood,enhance the patient psychological comfort,reduce the postoperative bleeding and the postoperative pain,and shorten the postoperative rehabilitation time in patients with tonsillectomy.It has high patients satisfaction.
