以舒适为导向的鼻胆管固定方法的效果观察

Effect observation on comfort-oriented fixation technique of nasobiliary tube

目的探讨以舒适为导向的鼻胆管固定方法以提高带管患者的舒适度。方法将125例留置鼻胆管患者根据手术日期分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规的鼻胆管固定方法,观察组采用以舒适为导向的新型鼻胆管固定方法。比较两组患者带管期间的生理舒适度、管道固定的牢固度、导管移位例数和皮肤改变例数。结果观察组舒适度和导管固定牢固度明显高于对照组,导管移位率和皮肤改变情况低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以舒适为导向的鼻胆管固定方法相比于传统的固定方法,能大大提高患者的带管舒适度,值得临床推广。

Objective To verify whether comfort-oriented fixation technique of nasobiliary tube can improve patients comfort.Methods We randomly divided 125 patients with nasobiliary tube into control group and observation group.The control group was provided routine fixation technique of nasobiliary tube while the observation group received novel comfort-oriented fixation method.The physiological comfort,the tube firmness,the number of catheter displacements and the skin irritations were compared between the two groups.Results The physiological comfort,tube firmness,number of displacements and local skin irritations in the observation were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The comfort-oriented fixation technique of nasobiliary tube can improve patients comfort greatly when compared with the traditional fixation technique.It is worth promoting in clinical practice.
