基于微课的床旁移动智能系统在经皮肾镜碎石取石术患者健康教育中的应用

Application of Bedside Mobile Intelligent System based on Microlecture in Health Education of Patients undergoing Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy

目的:探讨基于微课的床旁移动智能系统在经皮肾镜碎石取石术患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法:将2018年1月1日~6月30日50例经皮肾镜碎石取石术患者作为对照组,住院期间采用传统健康教育模式;将2018年7月1日~12月31日50例经皮肾镜碎石取石术患者作为观察组,采用基于微课的床旁移动智能系统对患者实施健康教育。比较两组患者健康教育知识掌握情况及患者对护理工作的满意度。结果:观察组患者健康教育知识掌握情况评分和患者满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者健康教育频次、耗时均少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于微课的床旁移动智能系统可提高经皮肾镜碎石取石术患者的健康教育效果和患者满意度。

Objective:To explore the application effect of bedside mobile intelligent system based on microlecture in health education of patients undergoing percutaneous nephrolithotomy.Methods:From January 1,2018 to June 30,50 patients with percutaneous nephrolithotomy were selected as the control group and traditional health education mode was adopted during hospitalization.From July 1,2018 to December 31,50 patients with percutaneous nephrolithotomy were selected as the observation group,and health education was carried out on the patients by the bedside mobile intelligent system based on microlecture.Health education knowledge and patients′satisfaction with nursing work were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of health education knowledge mastery and patient satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the frequency and time of health education in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The bedside mobile intelligent system based on microlectures can improve the health education effect and patient satisfaction of patients undergoing percutaneous nephrolithotomy.
