Joint Training System Based on Cloud Services

面向新时期联合训练需求,提出了基于云服务的联合训练体系建设构想。首先,研究了训练体系的基本概念,分析其发展趋势和现状问题,总结了联合训练体系建设意义和必要性;其次,在研究分析美军联合训练发展历程、典型项目和发展启示基础上,提出了构建联合训练体系的总体目标、体系架构、技术框架、云服务能力体系设想及其与作战体系的关系;最后,以联合防空训练为例,说明了基于云服务的联合训练的组织运用方法和流程,梳理了联合训练技术体系及关键技术,可为新时期联合训练体系的建设发展提供参考。

For the joint training requirement in the new era,the construction of the joint training system based on cloud service is proposed.Firstly,the basic concept of training system is studied.Its development trend and the existing problems are analyzed.The significance and the necessary of constructing the joint training system are also summarized.Secondly,the development process,typical projects and development enlightenment of US military joint training are analyzed.On the basis of the above analysis,the construction contents including the overall goal,the system architecture,the technical architecture,the assumption of the cloud service capability system and the relationship with the operation system are presented for the joint training system.Finally,with the example of the joint air defense training,the organizational application method and the process based on the cloud service for the joint training are expounded,and its technical system and key technologies are summarized.It can provide reference for the new era′s construction and development of the joint training system.
