运用思维导图促进急性胰腺炎护理同质化的效果分析

Using mind-map to improve the homogenization of nursing care for patients with acute pancreatitis

目的分析运用思维导图模式对急诊抢救室不同能级护士进行培训,促进急性胰腺炎(AP)急救护理同质化。方法对AP患者的液体复苏滴定目标、疼痛护理、心理护理、并发症处置等急救护理流程要点进行梳理和分析,设计思维导图。对不同能级急救护理人员统一培训,评价护理同质化效果。结果经过思维导图模式培训后,科室护士急救护理能力得到提高,确保了急性胰腺炎急救护理达到同质化。结论运用思维导图模式能够使不同能级的护理人员同质化掌握急性胰腺炎急救护理流程,更好地改善患者结局,提高护理质量。

Objective To use mind-map in emergency training for nurses with different seniorities,and to improve the homogenization of nursing care for patients with acute pancreatitis(AP).Methods The emergency process including target of liquid resuscitation,pain management,psychological care,treatment of complications were reconstructed,and a mind-map of emergency process was designed in the emergency training for nurses with different seniorities.The homogenizing effect on nursing care of AP was evaluated.Results The improved emergency skills of nurses ensured the achievement of homogeneity in emergency care for AP.Conclusion The mind-map is an effective tool for nurses with different seniorities to handle the emergency process of AP,in order to improve the prognosis of AP patients and improve the quality of nursing.
