揿针配合黄芪当归碗脐灸预防膝关节置换术后便秘的效果观察

Effects of acupuncture with thumbtack-typed needle and umbilical ring acupuncture with Astragalus-Angelica in prevention of constipation after knee replacement

目的探讨揿针配合黄芪当归碗脐灸预防膝关节置换术后患者便秘的效果。方法选取2018年6月—12月单侧膝关节置换的患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上予以揿针配合黄芪当归碗脐灸干预。记录2组患者术后首次排便时间、术后1周内排便次数。结果观察组首次排便时间短于对照组,术后1周内排便次数多于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论揿针配合黄芪当归碗脐灸有助于促进膝关节置换术后患者胃肠功能蠕动,提高排便效率,对预防术后便秘具有积极作用。

Objective To investigate the effect of acupuncture with thumbtack-typed needle and umbilical ring acupuncture with Astragalus-Angelica in prevention of constipation after knee replacement.Methods Totally 60 patients undergoing unilateral knee replacement were assigned to the observation group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.All patients received routine care after operation,and those in the observation group were given acupuncture with thumbtack-typed needle and umbilical ring acupuncture with Astragalus-Angelica.The time to defecation and frequency of defecation in first week were observed.Results Patients in the observation group had a earlier time to defecation and higher frequency of defecation in first week compared with those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The acupuncture with thumbtack-typed needle and umbilical ring acupuncture with Astragalus-Angelica are effective to improve the gastrointestinal function of patients after knee replacement,which shows positive value in prevention of postoperative constipation.
