住院患者跌倒及坠床不良事件现状分析及对策

Analysis and preventive measures of falls and fall out of bed among hospitalized patients

目的调查住院患者跌倒及坠床现状,分析相关因素,为进一步做好患者的安全管理提供依据。方法回顾性分析2015年1月—2018年6月发生的103例跌倒、坠床不良事件。结果89.32%(92/103)跌倒、坠床患者为老年患者,跌倒、坠床时间多集中在早晨6:00~8:00以及中下午12:00~18:00。59.22%(61/103)的跌倒、坠床发生在病床旁。结论住院患者发生跌倒、坠床是由潜在的多因素导致,预防跌倒、坠床不仅要提高管理力度,同时也需要护理人员患者及家属共同协作,从而做到多方面、多途径、全过程预防。

Objective To investigate the situation of falls and fall out of bed among hospitalized patients,and to provide preventive measures for patient safety management.Methods A retrospective study was conducted to analyze the potential reasons of 103 cases of falls and fall out of bed among hospitalized patients.Results Elderly people were more vulnerable to falls and fall out of bed,accounting for 89.32%.Most of falls and fall out of bed happened between 6:00 and 8:00 am and between 12:00 and 18:00 pm.Most of falls and fall out of bed happened at the bedside,accounting for 59.22%(61/103).Conclusion The falls and fall out of bed among hospitalized patients are results of multiple factors.The prevention of falls and fall out of bed among hospitalized patients requires not only the enhancement of management but also the cooperation of nurses,patients and their family members.
