摘要
目的探讨不同颜色指甲油对进行无抽搐电休克治疗(MECT)患者脉搏血氧饱和度(SpO 2)监测数值的影响。方法观察100例接受MECT治疗的患者SpO 2监测数值。第1天患者手指均未涂抹指甲油,第2天留拇指为空白组,其余食指、中指、无名指、小指分别涂抹红色、粉色、蓝色、黑色指甲油。结果第1天未涂抹指甲油的5个手指任意2个手指间SpO 2数值比较,均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。第2天,涂抹黑色、蓝色指甲油的食指、中指SpO 2数值与未涂色的拇指比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);涂抹粉色、红色指甲油的无名指、小指SpO 2数值与未涂色的拇指比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论黑色和蓝色指甲油可影响患者SpO 2监测数值,应予以去除或监测时探头侧夹,以减少测量误差。
Objective To investigate the influence of different colors of nail polish on pulse oximeter readings(SpO 2)in patients with modified electroconvulsive therapy(MECT).Methods Totally 100 patients undergoing MECT were included in this study.On the first day of study,the fingernails of patients were not colored.On the second day of study,the thumb nails of patients were not colored,and nails of nest four fingers were colored with red,pink,blue and black nail polish,respectively.Results On the first day of study,there was no significant difference in pulse oximeter readings(SpO 2)among five fingers(P>0.05).On the second day of study,there was a significant difference in pulse oximeter readings(SpO 2)between fingers without nail polish and fingers with black and blue nail polish(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in pulse oximeter readings(SpO 2)between fingers without nail polish and fingers with pink and red nail polish(P>0.05).Conclusion The black and blue nail polish may influence the pulse oximeter readings(SpO 2).It is suggested to remove the nail polish or use lateral grip method,in order to reduce the error of pulse oximeter readings.
