摘要
目的探讨BOPPPS模型在股骨干骨折患儿出院指导中的应用效果。方法选取2017年7月—2018年6月接受治疗的股骨干骨折患儿及家长各80例。每对患儿及其家长随机分为对照组和干预组,各40对(40例儿童、40例家长)。对照组给予常规出院指导,干预组采用基于BOPPPS模型的出院指导。结果干预后,干预组患儿家长骨折知识问卷评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,干预组患儿居家护理需求评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于BOPPPS模型的出院指导可以提高家长对骨折知识的掌握情况,提高其居家护理能力,促进患儿康复。
Objective To investigate the effect of BOPPPS model in discharge instruction for children with femoral shaft fractures.Methods Totally 80 children with femoral shaft fractures were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.Parents of children in the control group received routine care and discharge guidance,and patents of children in the study group were given discharge instruction based on BOPPPS model.Results Patents of children in the study group achieved a higher score for fracture-related knowledge assessment compared with parents of children in the control group(P<0.05).The score for home-care needs assessment in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The discharge instruction based on BOPPPS model can improve parents’knowledge about fracture and improve their home-care ability for children with femoral shaft fractures.
