头皮裂伤清创术后运用银离子抗菌敷料治疗创面感染的效果

Effect of silver-coated antimicrobial barrier dressing in treatment of wound infection after debridement among patients with scalp laceration

目的观察头皮裂伤清创术后运用银离子抗菌敷料治疗创面感染的效果。方法回顾15例头皮裂伤患者的临床资料。患者头皮裂伤清创术后并发创面感染,护理人员采用银离子抗菌敷料换药。结果13例伤口愈合良好;2例因并发金黄色葡萄球菌感染出现局部化脓症状,联合静脉使用抗生素后愈合良好。随访3~6个月,无迟发性感染、皮肤坏死等并发症发生。结论头皮裂伤清创术后运用银离子抗菌敷料治疗创面感染效果良好,能够加速创面愈合。

Objective To observe the effect of silver-coated antimicrobial barrier dressing in treatment of wound infection after debridement among patients with scalp laceration.Methods To retrospectively analyze the clinical data pf 15 patients with scalp laceration.All patients received the surgical debridement,and the silver-coated antimicrobial barrier dressing was adopted in the treatment of wound infection after debridement.Results Of 15 patients,satisfactory wound healing was achieved in 13 patients.Local suppuration as staphylococcal infection was reported in 2 cases,and was treated by intravenous use of antibiotics.The patients were followed up for 3 to 6 months,and no case of delayed infection or skin necrosis reported.Conclusion The silver-coated antimicrobial barrier dressing is effective to control wound infection after debridement among patients with scalp laceration.
