品管圈在提高床头信息标识符合率中的应用

Application of quality control circle activity in improving accuracy of bed-side information

目的探讨应用品管圈提高神经外科床头信息标识符合率的效果。方法将品管圈应用到提高床头信息标识符合率工作中,比较应用前后床头信息符合率。结果床头信息标识符合率从43.24%(64/148)提高到92.68%(114/123)。目标达成率130.21%,进步率114.34%。结论品管圈活动能够提高神经外科床头信息标识管理的质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circle(QCC)activity in improving accuracy of bed-side information.Methods A QCC group was set up and related interventions were carried out to improve the accuracy of bed-side information in the Department of Neurosurgery.The accuracy of bed-side information was evaluated and compared before and after implementation of QCC activity.Results The accuracy rate of bed-side information increased from 43.24%(64/148)before implementation of QCC activity to 92.68%(114/123)after implementation of QCC activity,with a target achievement ratio of 130.21%and progress rate of 114.34%.Conclusion The application of QCC activity can effectively improve the accuracy rate of bed-side information in the Department of Neurosurgery.
