团体积极心理疗法干预新入职护士不良情绪的效果观察

摘要 目的探讨运用团体积极心理疗法干预新入职护士不良情绪的应用效果。方法对2017年度60名新入职护士给予团体积极心理疗法,观察干预前后新入职护士的心理状态、工作满意度、护理质量。结果干预6个月时,焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)和心理压力指数等指标较干预前显著改善(P<0.01)。干预6个月时,新入职护士工作满意度95.00%(57/60),高于干预前的78.33%(47/60),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预6个月时,新入职护士自我效能量表(GSES)和护理质量评分高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论团体积极心理疗法能有效改善新入职护士的不良心理状态,降低心理压力和离职意愿,提高工作满意度和自我效能感。 Objective To evaluate the group positive psychotherapy on negative emotions of newly recruited nurses.Methods The group positive psychotherapy was adopted for 60 newly recruited nurses.The mental status of nurses was evaluated by Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depressing Scale(SDS)and psychological stress index(PSI).The workplace satisfaction degree and quality of nursing were evaluated before and after implementation of group positive psychotherapy.Results After six months of intervention,there was a significant improvement in SAS,SDS and PSI(P<0.01).The workplace satisfaction degree increased from 78.33%(47/60)to 95.00%(57/60),with significant difference(P<0.05).Nurses achieved higher scores of General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES)and nursing quality assessment after six months of intervention(P<0.01).Conclusion The group positive psychotherapy is effective to relieve the negative emotions,decrease the mental stress and risk of nurse turnover,and improve the workplace satisfaction and self-efficacy of newly recruited nurses.
