摘要
目的探讨案例教学结合情景模拟教学法在眼科规范化护士培训中的应用效果。方法选取2016年7月—2018年7月在眼科进行规范化培训的45例护士为研究对象,分为对照组22例与研究组23例。对照组采用传统授课方法,研究组采用案例教学结合情景模拟教学法。比较2组护士理论考核成绩及对教学效果的评价。结果研究组护士理论知识和案例分析考核成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组护士对教学效果各评价条目认同率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论案例教学结合情景模拟教学法应用于眼科规范化护士培训中,有利于提高护士的理论知识水平、临床思维和沟通能力。
Objective To investigate the effect of case-based teaching combined with scenario simulation in standardized training for ophthalmic nurses.Methods Totally 45 ophthalmic nurses participating in standardized training were divided into the control group(n=22)and the study group(n=23).The conventional teaching method was used in the control group,and case-based teaching combined with scenario simulation was adopted in the study group.The assessment scores of theoretical knowledge and case analysis,as well as nurses’evaluation on teaching efficacy,were compared between two groups.Results Nurses in the study group achieved higher scores in assessment of theoretical knowledge and case analysis compared with those in the control group(P<0.05).Nurses believed case-based teaching combined with scenario simulation was more efficacy than conventional teaching method in standardized training(P<0.05).Conclusion The case-based teaching combined with scenario simulation is able to improve the knowledge and clinical thinking and communication skills of ophthalmic nurses.
