Nursing progress of peristomal skin complications following colostomy in children

肠造口周围皮肤问题是小儿肠造口术后常见的造口并发症,严重影响患儿术后生活质量,因此积极、有效、合理的护理措施对促进康复、改善患儿术后生活质量意义重大。肠造口患儿年龄、造口定位、造口的类型、护理不当等都是引起周围皮肤问题的常见影响因素。本文综述了小儿肠造口周围皮肤并发症及相关影响因素和护理进展,旨在为小儿肠造口术后护理提供参考。

Peristomal skin disorders are common complications following colostomy in children,seriously affecting the postoperative quality of life.It is required to carry out active,effective and appropriate nursing interventions to improve the postoperative rehabilitation and quality of life in children.The peristomal skin disorders are caused by multiple factors including age,localization of the colostomy,type of the colostomy,inappropriate nursing and so on.This paper reviewed studies on peristomal skin disorders following colostomy in children and related nursing management,in order to provide reference for postoperative nursing of colostomy in children.
