摘要
本文主要是对目前多糖的分离纯化、生物活性及构效关系的研究情况进行综述。多糖的结构复杂,分析较难,构效关系也有待进一步研究。
In this paper,the research on the separation,purification,biological activity and structure-activity relationship of polysaccharides is reviewed.The structure of polysaccharides is complex,the analysis is difficult,and the structure-activity relationship needs further study.
