摘要
三氯蔗糖作为卤代蔗糖衍生物之一,是一种强效甜味剂,其合成中间体在三氯蔗糖的合成过程中不可忽视。本文针对三氯蔗糖以及合成中间体的制备分离与结构表征进行简要分析,帮助人们更好的了解它的合成过程和中间体在其中扮演的角色,并为相关需要的人士提供帮助。
As one of the halogenated sucrose derivatives,sucralose is a powerful sweetener,and its synthesis intermediate can not be ignored in the synthesis of sucralose.In this paper,the preparation,separation and structure characterization of three rounds of sucrose and synthetic intermediates will be briefly analyzed to help people better understand the synthesis process and the role of intermediates in them,and to provide help for those who need them.
