摘要
中国的食品安全管理不到位,食品出现质量问题,会影响消费者的生命安全。目前政府高度重视食品安全问题,并提出了一些保障措施,但是落实到具体的工作中,会由于各种因素的影响导致管理缺乏针对性。食品安全与中国的社会稳定具有直接相关性,要保证食品质量,就需要对当前所存在的问题采取有效的措施解决。本论文针对我国食品质量安全现状及全面质量管理对策展开研究。
The food safety management in China is not in place,and food quality problems will affect the life safety of consumers.At present,the Government attaches great importance to the implementation of some safeguards,but in the implementation of specific work,the management lacks pertinence due to the impact of various factors.The food safety is directly related to the social stability of China.To ensure the quality of the food,it is necessary to take effective measures to solve the existing problems.This paper studied the present situation of food quality safety in China and its comprehensive quality management strategy.
