浅析网络食品质量安全存在的问题及对策

网络食品行业的发展,给人们的生活带来了便捷。但由于网络食品存在“准入门槛低、经营场所不固定、食品质量和卫生状况存在安全隐患及监管难度大”等诸多问题,使得对网络食品质量安全的监管更加复杂。长期以来,食品安全监管一直由多个部门分段监管,但是多个部门之间的工作却没有有效的衔接起来,各自的权利和义务也有待进一步明确、细化,一旦利益受到侵害,也无法给予及时、明确的补偿。再加上有些法律保障不完善,从而使得传统监管模式,在适应现阶段网络食品质量安全监管工作,表现出了一定的滞后性。

The development of the network food industry has brought convenience to people’s lives.However,due to the existence of network food“low entry threshold,business premises are not fixed,food quality and hygiene conditions there are security risks,regulatory difficulties”and many other problems,making the network food quality safety supervision more complex.For a long time,food safety supervision has been carried out by multiple departments,but the work between multiple departments has not been effectively linked up,their respective rights and obligations also need to be further clarified,refined,once the interests are infringed,can not give timely and clear compensation.Add some legal protection is not perfect,so that the traditional regulatory model,in adapting to the current stage of network food quality and safety supervision work shows a certain lag.
