Food additives are an important part of food production.However,excessive addition or illegal addition will cause serious harm to the body of the consumer.Therefore,the detection of additives in food is essential.This paper mainly introduces different food additives and their application in liquid chromatography detection,and hopes to provide reference for daily testing of food additives.
