摘要
建立食品调味品中红2G着色剂测试方法,该方法采用甲醇-水(7+3)提取,PWA-2固相萃取柱净化,乙腈+乙酸铵水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,高效液相色谱-串联质谱法进行检测,外标法定量分析。该方法中红2G方法检出限为0.1 mg·kg-1,在0.1~1.0μg·mL-1范围内线性良好,相关系数0.999 8,方法回收率80%以上,相对标准偏差0.001 5。
Establishing red 2G colorant test method for food seasoning,the method uses methanol-water(7+3)extraction,PWA-2 solid phase extraction column purification,an aqueous solution of acetonitrile+ammonium acetate is used as a mobile phase for gradient elution,quantitative analysis by external standard method,the detection limit of red 2G method in this method is 0.1 mg·kg-1,and the linearity is good at 0.1~1.0μg·mL-1,the correlation coefficient is 0.999 8,the recovery rate of the method is over 80%,and the relative standard deviation is 0.001 5.
