超级微波消解-ICP-MS法测定固原地区马铃薯粉丝、粉条中铝含量 被引量:1

Determination of Aluminum Content in Potato Vermicelli and Vermicelli in Guyuan Area by Super Microwave Digestion-ICP-MS Method

摘要 采用超级微波消解-ICP-MS法测定粉丝、粉条中铝。本方法采用HNO3+H2O2为消解体系,样品经超级微波消解后,以钪为内标,采用ICP-MS法测定粉条中总铝。两个标准样品的加标回收率在96%~100%,测试值与真值的偏差分别为-2.6%、-1.3%,远远小于GB/T 27404-2008中规定的测试值与真值的偏差指导范围15%。固原地区市场或超市随机购买的27个马铃薯粉条样品,其中有3个样品铝测定结果不合格,9个样品未检出铝,13个样品铝介于100~200 mg·kg-1,2个介于25~100 mg·kg-1。合格率89%,不合格率11%,未添加铝的样品占比33.3%。 aluminum in vermicelli and vermicelli strips was determined by super microwave digestion-icp-ms method.In this method,HNO3+H2O2 was used as the digestion system.After the sample was digested by super microwave,the ICP-MS method was used to determine the total aluminum in the powder strips with scandium as the internal standard.The standard recovery rate of the two standard samples is 96%~100%,and the deviation between the test value and the truth value is-2.6%and-1.3%respectively,which is far less than the guidance range of the deviation between the test value and the truth value specified in GB/T 27404-2008 by 15%.Among the 27 potato noodle samples randomly purchased in the market or supermarket in guyuan region,3 samples failed in the determination of aluminum,9 samples failed in the detection of aluminum,and 13 samples were between 100 and 200 mg·kg-1 and 2 were between 25 and 100mg·kg-1.The qualified rate was 89%,the unqualified rate was 11%,and the samples without aluminum accounted for 33.3%.
